SHIPPING

我們使用配合物流公司郵寄書籍商品，一律由雪梨送出服務全澳洲各省，請看澳洲免運公告。

全部書籍商品訂單將於三日後核款確認立即安排出貨事宜，不包括周末、國定假期跟預購書籍商品。

書籍商品的貨量與價錢或是網站上任何錯誤，我們有權修改或是取消書籍商品。取消的訂單將由電子郵件通知。

我們對無法控制的情況如送貨延誤、天災或是重大事故及其他災害所造成的書籍商品運送延誤、破損、遺失、毀滅或沒收不負責任。

Currently we have been working with a trusted local logistic company to deliver our books from Sydney to all states in Australia. 

All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays and pre-order items.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of any inventory, price, or other product related error. Orders cancelled will be notified via e-mail.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

RETURNS

我們接受未經開封的書籍商品退貨，顧客將自行負擔郵資，超過十四天將不予受理，敬請見諒。

退貨的書籍商品運送中如有送貨延誤、天災或是重大事故及災害所造成書籍商品運送延誤、破損、遺失、毀滅或沒收，我方將不負責任。請保持其商品完整性，商品一經判定有毀損，恕不接受退貨。

若有送錯的書籍商品請在七日內跟我們聯絡。

特價活動書籍商品恕不接受退貨或是更換。

We understand you might change the mind. We accept unused products returned within 14 days of purchase at the shipping expense of customers. We are unable to accept any item with open-box or sign of use.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

In the event wrong item is received, please contact us within 7 days after delivery date.

All sale and special promo items are final.

CANCELLATIONS

請於24小時內跟我們聯絡取消或是更改任何書籍商品。

取消退款系統會徵收 3%手續費用，計算方式如下：

付款金額 X 3% = 退款手續費

付款金額 - 退款手續費 = 退款金額

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. 

For the cancellation the system will charge 3% for the cost of processing the dispute in the system upon your order.
